
C-Cell is an objective image analysis system designed to evaluate internal structure and determine over 50 parameters. Technical, production and engineering personnel are able to establish their own key performance indicators using objective data to maintain a level of consistency with their production.
C-Cell Mono is the original system and comes with the standard parameters for analysis. C-Cell Mono takes 1 image of the sample to produce analytical results such as crust wall thickness, size, shape and location. C-Cell Mono is the entry level model of the C-Cell range and offers all the basic image analysis needs for a baker.

C-Cell Colour is the most adaptable model with many software options available to analyse a full range of bakery products.
C-Cell Colour takes 2 images of the sample at the same time to create shadow and lighting which gives a more in depth range of results. In addition to the parameters analysed in C-Cell Mono, C-Cell Colour is able to analyse crust colour, crumb colour, inclusions, external features and bread scoring.
C-Cell Colour can do batch analysis to make the testing process quicker and statistically show consistency or differences in batches. The Colour system can be fully customisable for example setting your own bench marks or having the software run in any language.
Sample surface smoothness and cleanliness are very important for precise measurement results in C-Cell analysis. With the bread divider prepared for C-Cell device, you can prepare your samples (12mm ± 2mm) in accordance with the device.
Software development and license update is optional software used to upgrade the C-Cell Color model to the C-Cell Color Advanced model.
