Homogeneous grinding process

No loss of moisture due to heating

Thanks to the closed grinding chamber and water cooling system, products with 20% moisture and 55% oil content can be grinded. Particle size can be adjusted with blade speed and grinding time.

When water cooling is connected to the grinder, the quality of the sample prepared is visibly improved. During the process, moisture and oil losses due to heating are prevented. Thanks to the water cooling system, oilseeds and solid form products can be ground without interruption.

The LM-7020 is designed to obtain homogeneous and representative samples for laboratory analysis in the agriculture and animal husbandry industry. Since 1998, we have been developing and offering various devices to Grain quality control laboratories. The LM-7020 is a mill that will not deteriorate in critical moments.

APPLICATION

The LM-7020 can be used in laboratories that analyze agricultural crops and process products, in the bakery, milling, oil and oil industry.

It is aimed to grind grain, legumes, oilseeds, feed and raw material samples before processing before they are analyzed on NIR spectroscopy and moisture content using laboratory analysis method.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Its main principle is based on the grinding of the product by rotating with a high speed blade.

For proper grinding, for example the convenience of loading and unloading, the grinding chamber can rotate 200 degrees. For quality grinding, depending on the type of product, the mill allows the installation of different types of blades and the speed to be selected in the range of 5000 to 25000 rpm.

The grinding time can be set from 5 to 60 seconds using a built-in timer. The desired grinding size can be adjusted by adjusting the grinding time and the speed rotation of the blades.

The associated water cooling of the grinding chamber prevents the product from constantly grinding without heating, prevents loss of oil and moisture from the sample, and also ensures that the engine does not overheat. It is possible to connect the mill to the tap or to the autonomous water cooling tower.

ENGINE

The electronic overload protected 1 kW motor provides a sufficient power supply to grind high-fat crops such as soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, and other grain production products such as solid or granular feed, meals, cakes.

Overload protection will protect your mill against damage caused by stones, debris or other deposits that may enter the grinding chamber.

WATER COOLER

The water cooling of the mill allows continuous milling of seeds and solid products with up to 55% oil content and up to 20% moisture content.

Cooling the grinding chamber with water improves the grinding quality of the sample, greatly reducing the heating, lubrication and adhesion of the grinded sample to the walls of the grinding chamber.
