APPLICATION

The spiral mechanical probe is designed to take a 100% clean sample across the entire depth. Accurate sampling is vital for advanced physical and chemical analysis.

STRUCTURE AND USE

The mechanical probe consists of double tubes. An outer and smaller inner tube. Each tube has intervals for sampling. By turning the handle, the gaps are provided to coincide with the outer tube.

Make sure the gaps are closed before sticking to the material. It can be stuck to a depth of 3 meters. Turn the ergonomic handle counterclockwise until it stops. The gaps will open spirally from bottom to top. In this way, 100% representative sample is guaranteed.

Turn the handle clockwise, cover the gaps, remove the probe from the material stack and empty the entire sample from the gap of the grips.

The probe does not require special maintenance. Do not twist or shake while in the material. A probe will live with you for a lifetime.

The probe comes with an advanced plastic tip.
Removable handle and metal tip are optional.

A metal handle can be added to conveniently insert and remove the probe into the material stack at the desired depth. Thanks to this, the material offers both comfortable and long-term use.

Improved plastic and metal tapered tips

Vertical placement has become quite easy thanks to the conical plastic tips and hardener we have revised. These tips are made of low pressure polyproplan and can easily withstand temperatures between -30 and +50 degrees. If the plastic tip is damaged, it can easily be replaced with a new one.

The metal tapered tip will never wear out (if you use it correctly) it will be next to the probe's lifetime.

Robust tube for storage and transport

Probes of different lengths and diameters can be stored in a durable cardboard tube.
